Quarantine vs. Me

Exactly what I did to get out of my quarantine slump and back to health and happiness!

When quarantine first began, I was really just expecting it be a 21 day vacation from my busy and hectic life. Now that we are going on 5 months of it, I (and everyone else in this world) have had to adapt to what some may call the "New Normal."


Over the course of the past few months, I slowly strayed away from my healthy and active lifestyle. When times are tough, and almost every thing is taken away from you, it's easy to fall into a hole and sulk. That's what I did.


As of recently, I turned things around and took control (of what I could) in order to keep myself sane, happy and on track with my goals. I knew the one thing that I could always control is my health and my self care.


7 DAY DETOX

Ever since becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner, I have taken more of a *holistic approach* to health and with that, comes the Dr. Cabral Detox that I do four times a year.


I like to get as many people on board with me as possible, I find it easier to go through the detox when I have strong support group that can hold me accountable throughout the journey.


It takes you through a full Phase I & II Liver Detoxification process and the results are incredible. My boyfriend and dad both lost 10 pounds, my stepmom lost 12 and my aunt and I lost 7 this past time that we did it.
